FAIRVIEW ODD FELLOWS’ HALL is a heritage building built in 1922 for the Vancouver Odd Fellows. It has been our home for over 100 years. It is situated on the main east-west and north-south routes in Vancouver. It is accessible to the downtown core in a matter of minutes. The main hall on the first floor and the upstairs club room are both available for rent for special events of all kinds.
The MAIN HALL is ideal for fund raising events, business seminars/meetings, catered dinners, even wine tastings. It has a removable carpet under which there is a hardwood floor as well we have tables and chairs and there is a adjoining bar room. Capacity is 130 people.
The upstairs CLUB ROOM has been recently refurbished in a 1900’s style. It is complete with sofas, tables and chairs, a bar, large screen television, pool table, shuffleboard, and a restaurant grade kitchen. It’s ideal for small business social functions. Capacity is 50 people.

Club Room: 25’ x 44’, 1,100 sq ft
Fairview Odd Fellows’ Hall is located at 1443 West 8th Avenue (between Granville and Hemlock streets). It is a half block from both Broadway and Granville Street Bus routes. The location is also very convenient for taxis.
Fairview Odd Fellows’ Hall also has parking for up to 10 vehicles in its parking lot next to the Hall. These spots may be included with the rental. There is also metered street parking.
The Odd Fellows are committed to helping our community and one of the biggest assets we can offer is use of our hall. There is usually availability for worthy non-profit and community groups who are seeking one-time or on-going meeting space at sharply discounted rates. If you are serving a need in the community and need a place to meet or host an event then please email us and we will see if we can help. We also often will partner with community groups to host fundraising events that will benefit a worthwhile cause.
