This course is offered free of charge for the volunteers of the Three Links Foundation Breakfast Service and for the members of the Odd Fellows. All others will be required to pay 25$ which covers the course and the booklet which is your to keep.
This two day certificate course will teach you best practice habits to safely store, handle and prepare food, utensils and chemicals according to the standards of the Foodservice industry and federal and provincial legislation. We gratefully acknowledge that the course is volunteered by Jan Holme.
